Volker Ebert is a seasoned professional with over 19 years of experience in the component and value engineering industry. He spent his career at Honeywell, where he worked as a R&D manager in the component and value engineering department. During his tenure at Honeywell, Volker was responsible for managing multiple product lines and leading cross-functional teams to drive product innovation, cost optimization, and process improvements.
With his deep technical expertise and hands-on experience, Volker has established himself as a trusted consultant in the electronics industry. He recently started his own consultancy for component and value engineering and partnered with Keyleer, where he helps clients optimize their product designs, reduce costs, and improve supply chain efficiencies. Volker's services include component selection, design optimization, sourcing strategy development, supplier management, and cost analysis.
Volker is a Telecommunications/Electronics engineer from the University of Applied Sciences in Esslingen, Germany. He has also completed several advanced training programs such as certified PMP project management, lean manufacturing, and black belt in Six Sigma methodologies. With his extensive knowledge and expertise, Volker is committed to helping his clients achieve their business objectives and drive long-term success.
